The laboratory chiller is designed for heat dissipation and water circulation. It prevents water wastage and ensures the supply of soft and cool water without deposition.
This chiller is of the tank type and has a stainless steel tank with a capacity of 400 liters. It is filled once with distilled water mixed with 20% ethylene glycol and will always be used in a closed cycle. Its cooling capacity is 600 kW at a temperature of 12 degrees Celsius.
This chiller is designed exclusively by this company and is designed in such a way that all parts are accessible and are entirely designed by CATIA software and cut by CNS laser.

The required power supply for a maximum of 50 amps is three-phase 380 volts, and the purchaser is responsible for providing the power supply and the main cable (5×12) up to the location of the chiller’s electrical panel
The control system is of the PLC type and equipped with 4 SUMWON/SUNWARD digital thermostats manufactured in South Korea/Iran. It has a digital display and operates in the ON/OFF mode in the heating section.
An external panel is also provided, which is installed inside the laboratory space so that the user can turn the device on/off, be informed of any system error, and also view or change the chiller water temperature.
The consumable parts are all original from well-known brands such as Danfoss, Siemens, and Alco.
Electrical accessories such as fuses and contactors are original Siemens, and the relays are from Schrack Germany, and the valves are made by Danfoss.
This chiller is equipped with phase and load digital control, which operates accurately against current increase/decrease and protects the system.
The electrical panel of this chiller will be inside the chiller package, and all chiller settings have been made automatically, and only the user can view the chiller water temperature.
